More Info on balance if you have one and if you have to cancel?
ABC Fed Tax ID 86-1022508 Question: When do I have to pay the remainder of the balance due for a camp if I only pay a deposit at registration?
Answer: When you sign up for a camp, you will usually have 2 options. Pay in full or pay a deposit. If you pay a deposit, you give us permission to have the balance charged to the same card you put the deposit on six weeks before camp starts. If you sign up, pay the deposit and you are already within six weeks of camp, the camp balance usually gets charged that same friday. If you need a few extra days, want to pay balance by check, etc. Please just let us know in the comments section of the registration page when you sign up, or email us or let us know so we can make sure to work with you on getting the balance paid on time.
Important: If we do not have any notes or calls from you, we will assume it's ok to charge the balance like everyone else on the six weeks from camp mark.
Information on when camp balance is charged is also next to the date once you signed up that shows your balance due time and in your receipt when you sign up. Thanks
Question: What is Cancellation Protection? What if we have to cancel camp?
**Please note that for some locations there is not a cancellation option.
Answer: We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Payment is due at the time of registration. Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your camp registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp.
If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our national locations. Credit with insurance is transferable to family member or friend, and good toward all America's Baseball Camps.
Question: What happens if I get injuried while at camp or have to leave after camp has started? ?
b>Answer: For all weeklong camps, 99% of the time all food, lodging, staff, etc. has been pre paid so no refunds or credits would be able to be given. For day camps, we might have more flexibility to give a camp credit of some short toward a future location.
Question: What happens if I have to cancel and I did not take the cancellation protection?
Answer: The camper will have a one year credit from camp date, We're sorry, but since each camp we offer has limited availability, we cannot provide cash refunds without refund insurance. Campers can transfer their credit toward a friend or family member. *If you have signed up for a Dan Duquette, TPX or an IPB camp, this are deposit only camps and you would have a camp credit with that company, not with Baseballcamps.com. If any of these items above do not make sense, please email us anytime for more info @ info@baseballcamps. Have a great camp!
Question: What happens if I have purchased add on's and have to cancel a camp?
Answer: Hopefully, you don't have to cancel a camp, but things come up? If you cancel a camp and have purchased add on's, most players keep the add on's and pay for those, then the normal cancel policy would apply and would depend on if you have cancel protection or not for balance of funds returned or if you have a camp credit. Most of our add on's are mailed directly to your house from headquarters.
If you need to cancel the camp and also cancel the add on's, then there would be a 20% restocking fee associated with the return of those add on items. Items can only be returned if they have not been used and 14 days from receiving product. The customer would be responsible for sending the product back to ABC 3020 ISSQ Pine Lake Rd #12 Sammamish, WA 98075.
If customer cancels and received a gift certificate of any kind and requested a refund, the gift certificate amount would be kept if any funds where returned.
