Brad Ramsey

Americas Baseball Camps is excited to have Brad as part of it's staff. Brad brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our camps. He played collegiately at Gulf Coast Community College in 1996 and 1997. In 1997 he was selected as the Panhandle conference player of the year before being drafted by the Chicago Cubs organization. After his first season in professional baseball he was Selected to the Arizona League All-star team. In 1998 he was one of Baseball Americas top 10 prospects in the Chicago Cubs organization. To add to his achievements in 1998 he was chosen as the Baseball Americas best defensive catcher in the Cub's organization. After retiring from professional baseball in 2002 Brad went on to be an assistant coach at the high school level. Brad currently attends medical school at Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, VA. He Lives with wife, Katy in Blacksburg, Va
