Ben was born and raised in Monte Sereno, CA where he had the opportunity to represent the West in the 1984 Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA for Los Gatos Little League. While in High School Ben was named High School Freshman player of the year for Northern California. As a Junior at Los Gatos High School, Ben was selected to play on one of the first Area Code teams or Junior Olympic Teams in Northern California. That following year, Ben was selected in the 1990 Major League draft by the Expos out of High School, but turned down that offer to head to college where he received a baseball scholarship to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. In 1993 or his junior year of College, the Chicago White Sox selected Ben in the seventh round. During his first full season in professional baseball Ben lead the South Atlantic League in hitting with a 332. batting average and won a batting title. After that year he was named "up and coming player" by Baseball America. After five years of playing professionally through the Chicago White Sox Minor League system, Ben decided to go a different direction with his career. During those four years as a agent, Ben began to create Baseballcamps.com or America's Baseball Camps. With about 1000 camps he has personally directed under him, Ben has grown it to be the largest baseball camp company in the country and still growing daily. Also around that time he created the world famous "Hitting Disks" training tool. This great hitting invention currently sells nationwide and always a camp favorite.

Around 2001, Ben was part owner/creator of the largest indoor baseball academy in Arizona at the time. Ben helped with layout, concept start to finish + was in charge of all programs in the academy and managing the pro instructors at the facility. While Ben is extremely busy running his few companies, he still finds some time to work with his current clients in professional baseball and college baseball around the country. Plus, he finds time to train his instructors and directors along with doing coaches clinics and player clinics on a national level. From youth levels to working with his clients in professional baseball, he has directed over 1000 camps and coaches clinics since he started the company.

Ben resides in Sammamish, WA with his wife and two sons. Both sons have the same dreams Ben had and plan on playing college and professional baseball like their dad.

Just a few sample references on Ben:
I have had the pleasure of knowing Ben for the past 9 years. I have worked with him in a number of capacities but most recently at his baseball camps around the country. Ben has demonstrated an aptitude for connecting with athletes, coaches and parents. Judging by the number of players and coaches who have graduated from his programs, Ben's success as a leader is immeasurable. Benjamin Boulware is an outstanding individual who is beyond reproach. I would not hesitate to recommend him for whatever endeavor he pursues.
Sincerely, Orv Franchuk, Hitting Coordinator, Houston Astros.

Ben and his company ABC has been a key part of my development and success in making the transition from player to professional coach over the past five years. I have learned a lot from my time around Ben not only in how to lead and develop player skills on the field, but in how to go about building strong character as a player and person as well. Ben will be an asset to any program at any level. Ben can lead as well as be part of a staff with the best interest of his young players in mind.
Ed Campaniello, Hitting Coach, Oakland A's Organization

"Ben Boulware has taken a very complex movement and made it simple. He is an excellent teacher and understands that good communication begins with simplifying the message. This video is a great addition to any baseball person's collection. Well done Ben!"
Patrick Bailey, Assistant Baseball Coach Oregon State
