Everyone needs to bring their own bat, glove and workout attire. A Charlotte trainer will be on the premises all week to ensure that there are plenty of fluids available, as well as to care for any injuries that might occur.
Preparing For Camp:
Each camper will need to drink plenty of fluids before camp starts, during camp, and at nights after camp. Limit the amount of sugar and caffeine. Campers need to prepare for camp by spending some time outside in the days leading up to camp. We will take lots of breaks and provide plenty of fluids. Each camper should be encouraged to let the camp staff know if they need any breaks.
What To Wear:
It will be hot. T-Shirts and shorts are fine. If your camper wants to wear baseball pants, that is ok, but he/she will be hot. Apply sunscreen to your camper, they will be outside for a majority of the day.
Charlotte 49er Camps are open to all entrants and only limited by age restraints.

What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection".
We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date.
Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
