America's Baseball Camps is proud to announce an outstanding opportunity for any baseball player wanting to make a commitment toward the next level of the game. Come work with an outstanding group of instructors striving to advance your knowledge and skill in the art of hitting.

Our staff of former and current professional players, coaches and scouts are extremely experienced and have one common goal: to provide you with the tools necessary to produce a more effective and efficient swing.

Detailed Camp Description

Optional
Players will be evaluated personally with Video Analysis software and have the chance to have their swing broken down by a Professional Instructor. Professional Instructors will provide an evaluation of feedback, changes and recommend drills to help fix or improve your swing.

Players will be separated into training groups by age. They will rotate through numerous stations designed to improve all aspects of the offensive part of the game of baseball.

Players Receive
4 hours of elite, professional instruction
Drill work for the development of a more effecient and effective swing

Here is what you can expect to work on while at camp:
Foundation and Balance
Mental preparation and Hitting Philosophy
Hand-eye coordination
Proper weight transfer
Opposite field hitting
Hitting with two strikes
Swing Plane
Off speed pitch hitting
Hitting stations including Soft toss, live, tee work, hitting disk and more
Situational hitting including bunting

Staff
Instructors will be comprised of a variety of current and or former professional players, college coaches and professional scouts.

What to bring
Players should bring Baseball Pants or Athletic Clothing, Baseball Bat, Batting gloves, Baseball cap, Baseball glove, Helmet if you have one, Water Bottle and any additional items that you feel necessary to compete with.

Camp Check-in Information

Hitting Campers that are not in the week long camp need to report to John Paul II High School at 1:30pm for Check In. Camp will begin at 2:00pm and end at 6:00pm.

Airport Pickup / Dropoff Information

Week long campers please be sure to fly into Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport before 11:00am on the 29th if you are attending the Hitting Camp.
